We’re on site at Sewerby Methodist Church today as solar PV panels are being installed. The plan had been to record the whole process with a drone, but the snowy weather forecast got the better of us.

HEREFORDSHIRE HEAT DECARBONISATION
Big news for the d3a Energy team. We’ve won a contract with Herefordshire Council to carry out detailed Heat Decarbonisation Plans on a number of council buildings across the County and we’ll be making site visits later this month.

Having been heavily focused on recruitment for the last few months the d3a team have been working with Durham University to promote the opportunities available within small and medium sized businesses.

Stockholm's district heating network has 3,000km (1,860 miles) of pipes and now supplies electricity to 800,000 homes using industrial-scale heat pumps which capture heat from domestic wastewater, data centres and seawater, alongside incinerated non-recyclable waste and forest biofuels.

DECARBONISATION PROJECT EXTENDED
After successfully completing decarbonisation plans for 30 venues in Richmond & Scarborough, we're delighted to announce the project has been extended to include an additional 14 buildings in North Yorkshire.
LOWES BARN TIMBER ROOF
The d3a Architectural Team were recently on site at Lowes Barn to see the completion of the timber frame structure, which includes a double height top lit atrium.
