Our studies provide the basic framework for our clients who are working towards carbon reduction targets and how they translate into suitable options for renewable technology solutions such as wind, solar pv, thermal and bioenergy, heat pumps and/or battery storage.

Based on the outcomes of the techno economic appraisal, realisation of the selected option(s) then requires a clearly defined implementation plan, including the production of detailed design and hardware specifications. There may also be challenges in relation to planning applications and compliance with prevailing building regulations. Listed buildings will bring their own specific hurdles to overcome. Our structured and phased approach takes on board such challenges and we can produce the necessary designs and specifications. We can also support the planning process, provide contract administration and project management expertise to ensure that the initial design intent is realised at project completion.
