WELCOME ANDREW

This week d3a are welcoming Andrew Little, our new Graduate Engineer, to the Energy team.

Andrew graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has joined the team to assist in the delivery of low carbon heat network design and to support decarbonisation projects.

When asked what he’s most looking forward to in his new role, Andrew commented “d3a gives me the opportunity to work on something that I am passionate about - sustainability. The wide range of projects makes the role interesting, and I feel more involved because we see them through from start to finish”.

He also comes with a good ethos for a newbie “Ask questions about everything and remember, none of those questions are stupid”.

So congratulations Andrew for taking your first important step on the career ladder. Keep asking those questions, you’re surrounded by a wealth of experience and in the right place to get some answers.
