LOWES BARN TIMBER ROOF

COMMUNITY BUILDING UPDATE: The d3a Architectural Team were recently on site at Lowes Barn to see the completion of the timber frame structure, which includes a double height top lit atrium. With sustainability at the core of its construction, the building includes external and internal timber cladding, extensive insulation and underfloor heating. On completion the building is designed have low running costs and will be heated by air source heat pumps powered by photovoltaic panels.
