BULLION HALL TAKES DELIVERY OF MODULAR BUILDING

When Plan A can't happen, d3associates can be relied on to deliver a successful Plan B.

This prefabricated modular building being swung into position at Bullion Hall Community Centre, Chester-le-Street, provides an alternative cost effective solution.

Needing to provide extra activity space to meet community demands, planning permission had been approved for a significant extension, but unfortunately, grant funding was out of reach and this is where Plan B came into action.

Leading up to installation day, d3associates project managed the grouting of the coal workings below the site, foundation designs, landscaping and external works to accommodate the modular building.

If you need a Plan A or in the worst case scenario a great Plan B then get in touch.
