SHOTTON OUTREACH COMMUNITY HUB

Our Architectural team have been busy preparing designs for a sustainable, low energy Community Youth Hub in Co. Durham.

When we consulted with the young people, they thought a Youth Hub in the their nearby park would be a great idea - so with that it mind, it will be constructed on the footprint of a redundant clubhouse that sits beside a football ground and is well positioned in the heart of the community.

This has also proved to be a good opportunity for the younger members of the d3a architectural team to flex their wings and we’re very proud to showcase some of the rendered models they’ve recently produced in Enscape.
