PATHWAY TO NET ZERO FOR 21 HUMBER CHURCHES

d3associates have completed the Pathway to Net Zero for 21 Humber Methodist Churches, a feasibility study funded by the Renewable Community Energy Fund (RCEF).

We have taken a holistic approach looking at the building fabric, usage and energy demand of all the churches while creating a tailored report for each.

Their Pathway to Net Zero includes:

  • low, medium and high cost energy saving measures to reduce heat demand

  • using air source heat pumps to replace the burning of fossil fuels

  • generating sufficient electricity to match their electrical demand over the course of one year by installing solar PV.

  • keeping future running costs down by integrating battery storage, where appropriate.

Get in touch if we can help with your Pathway to Net Zero.
